Each product page indicates the processing time, which may vary depending on the selected product. In most cases, we process orders within 24/48 working hours from the date of receipt of the order or payment. The processing time should be added to the shipping time. 

Italy: 1 / 2 working days: Free shipping for orders over €49 

Europe, USA, and Canada: 2 / 6 working days 

Rest of the world: 4 / 10 working days 

If the payment is made via Paypal, the shipment will be made to the shipping address provided in the Paypal payment. 

Products are shipped from Italy. 

For non-EU shipments, customs duties may be charged to the buyer, which will be requested by the destination customs. 

Customs duty exemption for the United States: There will be no customs duties for purchases under $800.
