Right of Withdrawal

All items (including those on sale) can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date (including holidays). After this period, the return procedure will no longer be available. 

You can exercise the right of withdrawal by choosing between a refund or replacement (size change or item change).

Return shipping costs are borne by the user. 

If you have received a damaged item or a product different from the one you ordered and the return period has not yet expired, submit a return request indicating that the product is defective or incorrect. We reserve the right to ask for photos to verify the issue. If you have received a damaged item, our quality control department will check the condition of the item once it arrives at our warehouse and will contact you to resolve the issue. The return costs for damaged or incorrect items are borne by us. 

You have the option to choose between: 

• Refund; 
• Replacement with another size; 
• Replacement with another product.

The return of goods must meet the following criteria: 

• Items must be returned to Maralps unworn, intact, with tags attached, and including the original packaging. The substantial integrity of the product to be returned is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal. The product must also not be deteriorated or used; 
• Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original boxes and bags, if provided, inside a protective shipping box; 
• in the case of footwear, the soles must not show damage or wear and the box must be intact and original; If a product has a Maralps or brand security tag, the item must be returned with the tag in its original position; 
• Cosmetics and beauty products must be returned unopened and unused, with seals still intact; 
• Socks, underwear, and swimwear must be returned with protective hygiene stickers and in unopened packaging, where possible. Lingerie and swimwear must be tried on only over underwear. No returns will be accepted for items that have been worn in ways other than those prescribed above or that are dirty. 

To make a return, you can choose to use the Easy Return service or Customer Return. 

Easy Return

The Easy Return service includes home pickup organized by Maralps. You can tell us the day and address for pickup.

The cost of the service is €8.00 for Italy and by estimate for abroad. 

Customer Return

You can return the items to Maralps using a courier of your choice and bear the shipping costs directly with them.

Please wait for the confirmation email before proceeding with the shipment. 

Refund Methods

As soon as we receive your package, we will verify that all the above conditions have been met. If the procedure has been correctly followed, we will issue the refund within 72 working hours of receiving the package. 

The refund will be made using the same payment method used at the time of purchase. The credited amount will be visible within a variable period depending on the method used.
